We specialise only in the retail and supplier technical sector, allowing us to have an uncompromising level of focus and expertise in technology whether you are a garment, fabric or product technologist! By drawing on the 50 years combined experience of founding partners Krishan Hundal and Alok Nagpal, we are able to provide a professional, efficient service for both clients and candidates.

Krishan has over 25 years’ experience in the technical sector, and in 2011 was appointed Technical and Sourcing Director of Marks & Spencer. His hands-on experience with all things technical are second to none and is a leading technical authority both in the UK and globally. Our recruitment expert, Alok brings 25 years of know-how in search and selection recruitment. Having co-founded IC resources in 1999, he has nurtured it into one of Europe’s leading recruitment companies using his operational prowess and pragmatic approach to the nuances of business.

To do this, we get to know the individual, their key strengths are and what they’re looking for.
